Patient Education Resources

The Consumer Library Information Prescription (CLIP): This is a service which
provides health information to patients, their families, and caregivers. Upon request, an Atlantic
Health medical librarian (at Morristown Memorial Hospital or Overlook Hospital) will research and
deliver information on any health topic, including: diseases and conditions, treatments,
surgery, tests and procedures, and clinical trials. Information can be delivered by e-mail, US
mail, or by fax. You can request this service by e-mail (Library.MMH@atlantichealth.org), by
phone (973-971-8926 or 908-522-2699), by fax (973-290-7045 or 908-522-2274), or by
searching for "consumer library" at www.atlantichealth.org.
